These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bjapp. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not register an account or use any bjapp services. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and have read and accepted these terms in full.
1 General Terms & Scope of Agreement
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the bjapp platform, accessible at bjapp.im and through any associated mobile web interface. bjapp provides online gaming services including sports betting, live casino games, poker, Ludo with real PKR stakes, esports betting, and live cricket score services.
By registering an account on bjapp, making any deposit, placing any bet, or using any feature of the platform, you enter into a binding agreement with bjapp and confirm that you accept these Terms. If at any point you do not agree with the current Terms, your only recourse is to stop using bjapp services and close your account by contacting support.
bjapp reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated by updating this page with a new effective date. Continued use of bjapp following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

These Terms should be read alongside bjapp's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between bjapp and its players.
2 Account Registration & Eligibility
To use bjapp's gaming and betting services, you must first create an account. The following conditions apply to all registrations:
- Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years old. bjapp will verify age upon registration and may request documentary proof at any time. Accounts found to belong to players under 18 will be closed immediately.
- One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one bjapp account. Operating multiple accounts — regardless of whether the same device, email address, or payment method is used — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
- Accurate information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. This includes your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
- Verification: bjapp may require you to submit identity verification documents — such as a CNIC, passport, or utility bill — before approving withdrawals or at any point bjapp deems appropriate. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.
- Geographic eligibility: bjapp's services are intended for players based in Pakistan. If you access bjapp from a jurisdiction where online gaming is restricted, you do so entirely at your own risk and bjapp accepts no liability for any resulting legal consequences.
Important: bjapp uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts. If two accounts are found to share a device, mobile number, IP address, or payment method, both accounts may be suspended pending investigation.
3 Account Security & Responsibility
You are fully responsible for keeping your bjapp login credentials — username, password, and linked mobile number — secure and confidential. Specifically:
- Do not share your password with any other person under any circumstances.
- Do not allow another person to use your bjapp account, even temporarily.
- Notify bjapp support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
- Any activity that takes place under your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — remains your responsibility until you report a security breach to bjapp in writing.
bjapp will never ask for your password by email, phone call, or any other channel. If someone claiming to be a bjapp representative requests your password, do not provide it and report the contact to support@bjapp.im immediately.
bjapp employs industry-standard SSL encryption and secure data storage. However, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. You are encouraged to use a strong, unique password for your bjapp account and to change it periodically.
4 Deposits & Payment Methods
bjapp operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, balances, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:
- Easypaisa (mobile wallet and OTC)
- JazzCash (mobile wallet)
- NayaPay (digital wallet)
- SadaPay (digital wallet)
- Bank Transfer / IBFT (all major Pakistani banks)
- Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards issued by Pakistani banks
Minimum deposit: Rs 200 per transaction. Maximum deposit: Rs 500,000 per day (standard accounts). Higher limits may be available for verified VIP accounts on request.
Payment ownership: You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members' wallets — are not permitted and may result in the funds being held pending investigation.
bjapp does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges, which are outside bjapp's control. Deposits are credited to your bjapp wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment processor. If a deposit is not reflected within 30 minutes, contact bjapp support with your transaction reference.
5 Withdrawals & Processing Times
bjapp is committed to fast, transparent withdrawals. The following terms apply to all withdrawal requests:
- Minimum withdrawal: Rs 200
- Maximum withdrawal: Rs 200,000 per day (standard accounts). VIP Diamond tier players may request higher limits through their account manager.
- Processing time: Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within 10 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take 2–6 hours. In exceptional circumstances, processing may take up to 24 hours.
- Verification: If your account has not previously completed KYC verification, a withdrawal request may trigger a verification request. You will be asked to submit a copy of your CNIC and a screenshot of the payment method you are withdrawing to.
- Method matching: Withdrawals can only be sent to the payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a method you have verified in your account settings. bjapp cannot send withdrawals to third-party accounts.
- Active bonus restriction: If you have an active bonus with an incomplete wagering requirement, your ability to withdraw real money may be restricted until the wagering requirement is met or the bonus is forfeited.
bjapp does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees charged by your payment provider are separate and beyond bjapp's control.
6 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements
bjapp offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All promotional offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page:
- Eligibility: Each promotion will specify whether it is available to new players only, all registered players, or a specific tier of VIP members. Claiming a promotion you are not eligible for may result in the bonus being voided.
- Wagering requirements: Most deposit bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier applied to the bonus amount that must be reached in qualifying bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable real money. Standard wagering requirements on bjapp range from 10× to 15× the bonus amount. Full details are stated on each promotion.
- Game contribution rates: Not all games contribute equally to meeting a wagering requirement. Sports bets at odds of 1.50 or higher contribute 100%. Casino slots contribute 100%. Live casino table games contribute 10%. Poker rake contributes 10%. Ludo games contribute 50%.
- Bonus expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period stated in the promotion terms. Typically, welcome bonuses expire 30 days after being credited. Unclaimed or unused bonuses after expiry are removed from your account without compensation.
- Maximum stake during wagering: While working through a wagering requirement, the maximum stake per bet is Rs 2,500 or 10% of your bonus balance, whichever is lower. Bets exceeding this limit during an active wagering period may be voided at bjapp's discretion.
- Bonus abuse: bjapp uses automated systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk bet combinations, arbitrage betting using bonus funds, and coordinated multi-account bonus claiming. Any account found to be abusing promotions will have bonuses voided and may be permanently restricted from future promotional offers.
Promotions are intended to enhance genuine player enjoyment of bjapp's platform. bjapp reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts.
7 Sports Betting & Esports Betting Rules
The following rules apply to all sports and esports bets placed on bjapp:
- Bet acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation reference number. bjapp reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at any time without explanation.
- Odds errors: If bjapp publishes incorrect odds due to a technical error or human error, bjapp reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes, regardless of whether the bets have already settled.
- Match postponement: If a sporting event is postponed and not played within 72 hours of the original scheduled time, all pre-match bets on that event are voided and stakes returned. Live in-play bets are settled according to the state of the match at the time of interruption.
- Live betting cut-off: bjapp may suspend live betting markets at any point during an event without prior notice. Bets submitted before market suspension but not yet confirmed will be rejected and stakes returned.
- Maximum payout: The maximum payout on any single bet is Rs 2,000,000. For accumulator bets, the combined maximum payout is Rs 5,000,000. Bets whose potential return exceeds these limits will be accepted at a reduced stake.
- Dispute resolution: If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must raise a dispute with bjapp support within 48 hours of settlement. Disputes submitted after this window may not be considered.
8 Casino Games, Poker & Ludo Rules
All casino games, poker tables, and Ludo rooms on bjapp operate using independently certified random number generator (RNG) technology. The fairness of all game outcomes is verified by bjapp's technology partners. The following rules apply:
- Game disconnection: If your internet connection is interrupted during a game round, bjapp's system will complete the round according to its normal outcome. bjapp is not responsible for losses incurred due to connection failures on your end. If a server-side error occurs, bjapp will investigate and settle affected bets fairly.
- Ludo tournament rules: Players entering paid Ludo tournaments on bjapp agree to the specific tournament rules displayed at entry. Entry fees are non-refundable once a tournament has started unless bjapp cancels the tournament, in which case fees are credited back in full.
- Poker hand history: bjapp maintains a hand history for all poker sessions. Players may request their own hand history from support. Sharing hand histories externally is permitted for personal analysis but must not be used to collude with other players.
- Casino game malfunctions: If a casino game malfunctions mid-round, the round is voided and the stake is returned. Partially completed bonus rounds in slots will be completed if technically possible; if not, the stake value of the incomplete bonus is credited to your balance.
- Live casino dealer disputes: In the event of a disagreement about a live dealer game outcome, bjapp's video record of the session is the definitive reference. bjapp will review disputed sessions and settle them according to the video evidence within 48 hours of a formal complaint.
9 Fair Play, Anti-Fraud & Prohibited Activities
bjapp is committed to maintaining a fair and honest gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and a permanent ban from bjapp:
- Opening or operating more than one bjapp account (multi-accounting)
- Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to place bets or play games
- Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in bjapp's platform for financial gain — these must be reported to support immediately
- Colluding with other players in poker or any other competitive game format
- Using bjapp for any form of money laundering or financial crime
- Systematically claiming promotional bonuses through multiple accounts or coordinated groups
- Any form of matched betting or arbitrage conducted using bjapp bonus funds
- Providing false identity information or using another person's identity or payment methods
bjapp cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Any activity on bjapp that may constitute financial crime will be reported to relevant Pakistani authorities. Frozen balances will not be released pending investigation outcomes.
If bjapp suspects fraudulent activity, accounts may be suspended without prior notice. Any funds identified as proceeds of fraud will be permanently withheld. bjapp will provide a written explanation of any account action within 7 days of suspension.
10 Responsible Gaming
bjapp takes its duty of care toward players seriously. Gaming should be a form of entertainment. When it stops being enjoyable or starts causing financial or personal harm, it becomes a problem — and bjapp's tools are designed to help you stay in control before that happens.
The following responsible gaming tools are available to all bjapp account holders from the Account Settings section:
- Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced — not increased — without a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.
- Loss limits: Set a maximum net loss amount per day, week, or month after which your account access is temporarily suspended.
- Session time reminders: Receive a notification after playing for a set period of time, prompting you to take a break.
- Cooling-off period: Temporarily block access to your bjapp account for 1 to 30 days. During this period you cannot deposit, bet, or play.
- Self-exclusion: Request a long-term or permanent exclusion from bjapp. Self-exclusion is effective within 24 hours and includes removal from all marketing communications.

11 Intellectual Property
All content on the bjapp platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, interface design, text, software, odds data, game software, and any other material — is the intellectual property of bjapp or its licensed suppliers. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and use bjapp's platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute any bjapp content without written permission
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any bjapp software
- Use bjapp's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any way that implies partnership or endorsement
- Create derivative works based on any bjapp content
12 Limitation of Liability
bjapp provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bjapp does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of technical defects. Specifically:
- bjapp is not liable for any loss arising from platform downtime, server maintenance, or technical failures beyond bjapp's reasonable control.
- bjapp is not liable for losses caused by your own decision to gamble or by outcomes of games and sporting events.
- bjapp's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- bjapp is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Pakistani law.
13 Amendments to These Terms
bjapp may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bjapp will notify registered players by email and/or by displaying a notice on the bjapp platform at login for a minimum of 7 days. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
If you disagree with any changes to the Terms, you must stop using bjapp and close your account by contacting support. Continued use of bjapp after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
14 Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of bjapp shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bjapp operates with the aim of providing a fair and transparent service to all Pakistani players.
In the event of any dispute between you and bjapp, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through bjapp's internal dispute resolution process via support@bjapp.im. bjapp commits to providing a written response to any formal complaint within 7 working days.
Dispute procedure: Submit your complaint in writing to support@bjapp.im with your account username, the nature of the dispute, and any supporting documentation. bjapp's compliance team will investigate and respond within 7 business days.
